Wholesales Orders

If you have wholesales ordering needs and would like us to waive your California sales tax, please setup an account in our system then email/fax us a copy of your California Resale Certificate.  Click the following link for the California Resale Certificate form.


Sales Tax

We charge sales tax on orders ship to California as required by applicable laws.  Applicable sales tax will be reflected during checkout.  

Placing an Order

Orders can be placed via phone, fax, e-mail or online shopping cart.   (Custom orders can not be placed online.)  Be sure to have all details of your desired purhases as well as your method of payment.  Buyer confirmation is final and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Order processing time?

All items in-stock are available for immediate shipping and we expect to process your order within 1 to 2 business days.   So once it's processed for shipping, the order can not be canceled or revised.  If for any reason the availability of an item change, we will send you an email.


Payment by Credit Card

For security reasons, we will only process Credit Card payment through PayPal.  You can pay with credit card even if you don't have a Paypal account.  Credit Card Payment Instructions.  PayPal is the faster, safer way to make payment.  Please be sure to confirm your information on PayPal prior to placing an order.


Change Order
 
Once the order is placed, it can only be changed by contacting our customer service team using the form in Contact Us. If the item is shipped, the order can't be changed or canceled.  A RMA must be issued for refund or exchange.  Please refer to Returns & Exchanges for details.

Where is my order?

As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.  If you don't receive an email, you can always track your order from your "My Account" page at any time.  If further assistance is required, please contact customer service and we'll gladly update you with your order information.
